With prizes of 2 million riyals in 3 fields.. Launch of the first edition of the "Al-Othaim Award for Excellence"

Al-Othaim Charitable Foundation launched the first edition of the Sheikh Saleh bin Ali Al-Othaim "may God have mercy on him" Award for Excellence, to honor outstanding and creative orphans throughout the Kingdom, with prizes totaling 2 million riyals. The award includes three main categories: (educational, skill-based, and enablers).

The award, under the generous patronage of Mr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Othaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Othaim Holding Company and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Othaim Charitable Foundation, aims to recognize and celebrate the achievements of orphans, encourage them to give back, and foster healthy competition among them, in order to have a positive and long-lasting impact on their lives.

The award also seeks to promote self-responsibility among orphans and their families, as well as raise awareness of their importance in community development. The award categories include academic excellence, talent in multiple fields such as innovation, scientific research, arts, and sports, in addition to active community participation.

"Al-Othaim" emphasized that this award stems from the Foundation's keenness to support this precious group of the nation's children, provide them with a stimulating environment for creativity and excellence, and contribute to building a promising generation capable of serving their religion and country.
