Emir of Hail sponsors the first edition of the Al-Othaim Award for Excellence

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Emir of Hail region, will sponsor the ceremony of the first edition of the "Al-Othaim Award for Excellence" next Thursday in the conference hall at the University of Hail. This event will be attended by His Excellency the Minister of Education, Professor Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, and with the support of the Sheikh Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Othaim Charitable Foundation.

The award, in its first edition, aims to honor more than 100 male and female orphan winners, who were selected from over 10,000 contestants from across the Kingdom. The total value of the prizes for this edition is two million Saudi riyals, distributed over three main areas: "Educational Field," "Skill Field," and "Enablers Field."

Mr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Othaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Othaim Holding Company and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Othaim Charitable Foundation, affirmed that this award comes within the Foundation's interest in supporting and encouraging distinguished and creative orphans, and motivating them to continue excelling and contributing effectively to the development of their community and country, praising the generous patronage of His Highness the Emir of Hail region for this important event.

The ceremony will include many activities that reflect the spirit of innovation, which enhances the award's status as a national platform that honors achievements and creators in various fields. For its part, the organizing committee expressed its pride in holding this event in the Hail region, which possesses all the capabilities and infrastructure to ensure the success of the event.
