Launch of the First Phase of Othaim Charity Foundation Project to Build (1000) Units in Several Regions of the Kingdom

Abdullah Saleh Al Othaim and Sons Charity Foundation announced the launch of the first phase of its charitable project to build (1000) housing units for the most needy families benefiting from the Developmental Housing Program in all regions of the Kingdom.

The launch of the first phase came from Madinat Al Mudhnab in the Qassim region with the signing with the project contractor, Qassim Projects Trading and Industry Company, to implement (20) housing units. The agreement was signed by Othaim Foundation, Engineer Ahmed Al-Yahya, who supervises the engineering management, and by Fahad Abdullah Al-Humaidani from Qassim Projects Trading and Industry Company, and by the office of Al-Sayyaf Consulting (project consultant), Engineer Mohammed Al-Sayyaf.

Abdullah bin Saleh Al Othaim, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Abdullah Saleh Al Othaim and Sons Charity Foundation, stated that the implementation of (20) housing units in Madinat Al Mudhnab comes within the framework of the bilateral cooperation agreement signed by Othaim Charity Foundation and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to provide (1000) housing units for the most needy families in several regions of the Kingdom, as part of the non-profit sector's contribution to supporting housing and providing sustainable housing solutions for the most needy families.

Al Othaim affirmed that the charity project of the foundation comes as a reinforcement of the spirit of social solidarity to participate in sustaining the charitable giving, which is the essence of this blessed country, so that our kingdom has become a model to be followed for its renowned virtues of giving and sacrifice, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the pioneer of charitable work and humanitarian projects, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the engineer of Vision 2030.
